Number one goal by June 16, 2012...Lose weight!

My number one goal to achieve by my wedding is to lose weight! I need to lose atleast 15lbs. Right now I am at 165lbs. I would love to be at 135lb. But I will take what I can get! I have googled everything on dieting and why cant there ever just be something that I can just follow! There is nothing that will give you an exact menu or exact excercises that I can do.

I have found my inspirations and how I want to look like in the end but I am always working or sleeping. Also, the main thing I am worried about is hurting my foot again. In May of 2010, I broke my foot in 3 different places and tore the main ligament. To this day it still hurts and I'm afraid that I am going to hurt it again. I dont want to start running/jogging if Im just going to mess it up. I would appreciate it if someone, anyone would give me some kind of advice.

  1. Cut way back on white carb-bread, potatoes, pasta, rice. Eat lean protein, fish, chicken, lean meat, beans. Fruits & veges. Drink lots of water!!!! WALK, WALK and WALK some more. Have David support you as you go through this journey. I love you.........
